Miley said that she couldn't because she needed to spend quality time with her brother. The night of the concert Lily snuck into Hannah's dressing room and caught her and found out that Hannah Montana was really her friend, Miley!! I strongly recommend this book to anyone who loves Hannah Montana books! It was great!
